About the Role
As a Product Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive product adoption, market growth, and customer satisfaction. You will also assist the team in executing specific tactics of multiple marketing campaigns that are run simultaneously.

Messaging And Positioning
- Develop and refine laptopfirst's messaging and positioning to differentiate our product in the market.
- Craft compelling value propositions that highlight unique benefits that resonate with various customer personas.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints including web pages, email campaigns, sales materials, and product collateral.
Content Development
- Lead the creation of high-quality content including emails, web pages, help documentation and brochures.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to create sales enablement materials
- Develop content strategies that drive user engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
Customer Understanding
- Conduct customer research and run customer initiatives to identify ideal customer profiles and market segments.
- Analyse customer feedback to uncover key pain points and use cases, translating these insights into marketing strategies and product messaging.
